Harper’s Bazaar wanted to improve their internal sales tools to enhance their digital credentials with their client base, and from that conversation Presentable was born.
Presentable is a nifty presentation tool which works across tablets, laptops and desktops to enable presentations to be created and amended within a locked-down corporate style guide.
Presentable addresses the common problem that many organisations experience when presentation tools are ‘opened up’ to sales teams and as a result, carefully crafted, on-brand PowerPoint templates become a hotchpotch of typefaces, colours, animations and internet memes.
From the Presentable Administrator Dashboard, the Brand Team can set typefaces and colours and import media to build slides and presentations, which cannot be amended by anyone but an Administrator.
Slides can be dragged and dropped between Sections, and Sections can be dragged and dropped between Decks, allowing Sales Teams to simply and quickly create custom decks for new clients from an existing content library, all the while guaranteeing that Marketing and Brand Teams have the peace of mind that all content has been created and pre-approved by them before it reaches a client-facing presentation.
